Communication Activity Tips
- Group discussion using blackboard

- Group essay or projects allowing all members to contribute
- Virtual chat room- students can ask the instructor questions live

- Using Tegrity® to record:
- Welcome introductions
- Help sessions
- Class lectures
- Contact the TSOnline Center for a demo of how to create video lectures from your desktop.
- Establish specify cell, office or online hours
- Add in syllabus a email response time-frame
- Create a webpage that answers frequently asked questions for students to refer first before asking a question
- Have students address all emails with a specified format using a title or subject
- Use Skype communication to chat with students using video or audio (free from computer to computer) http://skype.com/
